SHARE YOUR WINS!! 🏆 Recently I had a client rea SHARE YOUR WINS!! 🏆 Recently I had a client reach out because she was struggling to sign clients. I asked what she was doing and then I took a look at her content.

She was definitely sharing great value. Her posts are educational. She’s positioning herself as an expert.

But you know what’s been missing?

THE TRANSFORMATION!!!

She isn’t showing the RESULTS. 
No case studies.
No testimonials.
No smiling faces of how her work is helping her clients get the wins they want.

Sometimes it’s intimidating to share your wins because you don’t want to come across as bragging or self-centered (I get it).

But the fact is: people are moved to purchase when they can see themselves in the outcome.

So start sharing those wins, baby!!

😴🥱I’m generally a morning person but this 😴🥱I’m generally a morning person but this morning the pillows got me. Anyone else? Lemme know in the comments how you woke up today.

In the past, I would have pulled out my mask of toxic positivity and acted like I was totally fine.

The truth is, I’m not fine. I’m sleeeeeeeeeepy. And I’ve got calls on my schedule that wouldn’t be ideal to reschedule.

So here’s my plan to stay in the game even though I want to sit on the sidelines:

1. A second coffee enema.
I do this daily every morning to keep the cancer away. People have told me I talk about coffee enemas too much and that I’m “too relatable.”
I don’t care.
I’m going to keep advocating for them because they are healing for the body and we live in such a toxic world that our bodies can no longer properly filter as designed.

2. Blast & Bounce.
I’m going to blast the music and bounce on my rebounder for 5 minutes to get my blood pumping and support my lymphatic system.

3. Journal & Scale down
Journaling helps me close the open tabs in my mind. So I’m going brain dump all my thoughts and ideas and then scale down to do only the essentials.

After all this, I will take my calls as scheduled and assess what else my body needs for me to move forward in the direction of my goals/dreams without sending my body into adrenal fatigue.

Pushing forward is necessary sometimes, but it isn’t ALWAYS the answer!

Reminder: no one knows your body like you do. Listen to it. Watch the signs for systemic imbalance and then take corrective action. 😘✌🏼
GENTLE REMINDER: You are much farther along than i GENTLE REMINDER: You are much farther along than it feels. Can you remember when you prayed for some of the opportunities and things you have right now?

It can be easy to forget just how far you’ve come, especially when your dreams and goals are so big that they seem even further away.

But don’t minimize how much you’ve already done.

Don’t discount the trials, tribulations and traumas you’ve overcome just to get to this point.

Stop looking at what everyone else is doing, stop trying to please the world around you, stop letting their opinions stop you from continuing forward.

Start trusting that you are on the right track and you are ready for your next step.
