EP 63: [WORTH] Increasing Your Energetic Capacity

Lately, it seems that many people have been telling me that they are feeling tired and rundown, and it’s been hard to find the time to do things they want to do. Normally, I am a firm believer that we don’t find time, we make the time, but I understand that this isn’t possible when you’re dealing with mental exhaustion.
In this episode, I’m sharing how our emotions are potentially derailing us from manifesting and having the life of our dreams and achieving our goals and desires. While some of this low energy may be a physical feeling, in reality, a lot of us are suffering from emotional exhaustion. I share my thoughts on regulating your emotional capacity, getting stuck in the distraction phase, and why you need to ask for help and help others within your boundaries.
